I wanted to order a desk bike for improving my work from home setup, and after trying to contact the American manufacturer directly without success, I started looking for a Canadian business to help me out. After much googling, I choose Special Needs because they had the best price in CAD dollars and because Brenda answered my questions clearly and promptly. I ordered the bike through their website and when the site store charged me a few extra bucks for shipping (compared to what I was quoted by email) Brenda quickly helped make sure I was refunded the difference. There were some serious issues with UPS delivering my desk bike (US mail system seems barely functional right now eek) but Brenda and Victoria took the time over the past three weeks(!! Thanks UPS) to help me resolve the situation, at no additional cost to me. They went above and beyond, and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. Thanks again ladies! Would recommen...

Brenda was unbelievably helpful, she went out of her way to find the cable I was looking for. She even emailed their supplier then forwarded me photos before special ordering and was kind and knowledgable the whole way through. This is a standard of service you rarely see anymore thank you so much Brenda :)
